About Deepak

I help others find clarity through change.
That is the thread that runs through my whole career.

The short version

I have reinvented my career five times.

Corporate finance, fintech, investment banking, personal training, startups, and now coaching.

Each move was not a new job.

It was an identity shift.

I learned how to navigate uncertainty and still perform. I learned how to grow without losing myself.

I co-founded Oddbox and helped scale it from zero to $40M ARR in six years.

We raised $30m at Series B.

I lived the highs and lows of hyper-growth, board conversations, hiring fast, and being the person everyone looks to when the stakes are high.

Today I coach growth-stage founders and senior leaders who are in transition. Together we create clarity, choose what matters now, and make decisions with confidence.

Why I coach

I believe in better.

My own north star is long-term contentment, not short spikes of success.

Work should feel aligned and human.

When the path is unclear, clarity is the most generous thing you can offer a team.

That is why I do this.

What those pivots taught me

  • Clarity beats speed. Prioritise what matters now and protect time for it.

  • Lead yourself first. Your business or your team scales when you do.

  • Communication creates alignment. Tell a clear story to your team, your bosses or your investors.

  • Pressure is constant. Calm is a practice you can build.

What I bring to the room

  • Lived experience of five reinventions and a scale-up from zero to $40M ARR

  • Hands-on work with boards, investors, and exec teams during rapid growth

  • A steady presence when decisions feel messy and urgent

  • Practical tools that turn insight into action

If this is you

You are at a crossroads. You want clearer priorities, stronger decisions, and a narrative that keeps people aligned. Let’s talk.

(For selected ventures I also advise on go-to-market, fundraising, and communication.)
